Baotou Jingxin Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and is located at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) Baotou New Materials Industrial Park in the Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Inner Mongolia. The company has a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Leveraging the abundant rare earth resources in Baotou and the technical advantages of the SJTU Baotou Materials Institute, the company integrates cutting-edge industry technologies and focuses on research and development of rare earth functional materials and their applications. Out aim is to provide high-quality products and professional services to industry users。
The company has jointly established a rare earth functional materials research and development team with SJTU, gaining rich experience in the industrialization of innovative rare earth functional materials. The company possesses a team of more than 20 technical personnel and a variety of reaction furnaces, including vacuum medium frequency reduction furnaces, vacuum carbon tube furnaces, vacuum levitation melting furnaces, and other modification furnaces, as well as forging presses, hydraulic presses, CNC machine tools, and other shaping equipment. The company also holds core patented technologies in the manufacturing of high-purity rare earth metals and targets, rare earth alloys, and has the capability to meet market demands for various compositions, structural organizations, physical properties, and sizes of rare earth functional materials. In addition, the company possesses various modification equipment such as wet mills, spray dryers, and airflow pulverizers, with mature and stable products in the field of rare earth polishing powders, nano-rare earth materials, rare earth catalysts, and heat-resistant agents for rare earth rubber。
We are proud of our technological accumulation, which is our core competitiveness and creatively solved key barriers in the production, alloying, equipment, and industrialization of high-purity rare earth metals. The company has successfully developed a large-scale production technology for high-purity rare earth metals, alloys, and targets, covering the entire process from rare earth metal purification, ultra-clean smelting, low-defect casting, to precision deformation processing. The company has one invention patent and two utility model patents approved, forming a distinctive technical route for the preparation of high-purity rare earth metals, alloys, and targets. The company has successfully developed high-purity targets of yttrium (Y), ytterbium (Yb), magnesium (Mg), terbium (Tb), dysprosium (Dy), gadolinium (Gd), lithium fluoride (LiF), and high-purity yttrium (Y) evaporation materials for the electronic information industry. The overall quality and technology of these products are at an internationally advanced level. The company has cooperated with SJTU to produce a series of rare earth intermediate alloy products that integrate three functions: refinement and modification, particle reinforcement, and composition ratio adjustment. It is expected to remove widespread, long-standing technological barriers in the magnesium intermediate alloy industry in the near future。
The company produces ‘Golden Spark’ flint stones, which are developed based on the original Baotou flint stone factory's technology and through technical research and development with SJTU. The latest product formulations and production processes were adopted to develop an efficient production line for flint stones and outdoor fire starters. The series of flint stone products are characterized by large sparks, soft texture, non-damaging to wheels, and high ignition rate. These products are popular both domestically and internationally。
